We regret to inform you that we will have stopped exporting our products from Ukraine.

As manufacturers, we tried our best to be a reliable exporter of high-quality products, even

in such a difficult time for Ukraine, and accordingly contributed to the development of our country

economy by paying national taxes and fees.

The decision to stop export is related to the fact that the Kyiv customs office drew up a

customs violation report and a temporary seizure of goods report for one of our deliveries, which

was for our dealer in France. We have been exporting products for over eight years but faced this

situation for the first time.

Due to the change in the policy of the state authorities, during customs formalities, the

customs authorities stopped customs clearance of our products and disregarded the documents

that used to be accepted before, which accordingly makes it completely impossible to export.

Currently, legal proceedings have been initiated and thus we are forced to suspend all export

contracts until it is finished.

Unfortunately, all this damages our reputation as a reliable business partner and threatens

to lose positions in foreign markets, complicates the development of our company and the further

implementation of our projects.

We however try our hardest to resolve this situation as soon as possible by all legal means

and resume the export of our products.
